Officer Munoz and Lt. Meachem were at Franklin for arrival this morning when a student was having a really tough start to his day. Officer Munoz calmed the student down and got him inside. They eventually learned what was really bothering him.

It was picture day, and he was upset because he hadn’t gotten his hair cut.

Well say less playa', the Peoria Public Schools Safety Department knows a guy!

We took a little trip over to Woodruff, where the barbering students and Mr. Allen stepped in and got him right for picture day.

Crisis averted and we must say, our guy looks crispy! This brother is going to shut down Franklin picture day!
