What a way and a day to finish and land the 2026 GMB! Its Peace Plays in Peoria Day and it sure did play in Peoria!
The pictures and videos below tell the story!
Today was a day to celebrate what is truly right about our youth . These music and fine arts students made connections and inspired hope for our community, as we celebrated under a bright, sunny sky!
Special thanks to Katrina Fitzpatrick, our new Chief of Police Brad Dixon, and Yolanda Wallace for their inspiring words today.
We at the Peoria Regional Office Of Education #48 are so thankful for all the students, instructors, parents, school staff and administrators , and community members who work so hard all year to make the fine arts a meaningful and important part of our community.
We have celebrated these students and instructors the past 4 weeks and I can tell you...our future is in good hands with these wonderful students!
Special thanks to the Caterpillar Visitors Center and the Peoria Riverfront Museum for being such wonderful and accomodating hosts over these past few weeks.
Thank you to The Station, Grill Em All, Janes Sweet Addictions, Tonys on Wheels, Gramma Nannas, and Rubis Pizza for being on site and adding flavor to our program. Please continue to patronize these supportive vendors!
