Dune came down to Pentwater this afternoon and did some training at Pentwater Public Schools! He practiced his commands with Officer Mitchell. Officer Sniegowski was able to tag along and see the process!

Last Friday, 4/24/2026, Pentwater Police recovered a stolen trailer in Montcalm County. Today we went to work inventorying all the items found in the trailer. Investigators believe that most of the items were stolen. It was a long process, and now the work of finding the owners begins.

Officer Mitchell and Sniegowski spent the better part of the day inventorying, recording, and unloading items! Good Job Amanda and Darwin. it was quite a haul. Thanks to Montcalm and Kent County Sheriff’s Office for their assistance in our investigation.
