On January 21, 2026, the 350th Civil Affairs Command (CACOM) conducted a Change of Responsibility ceremony, bidding a heartfelt farewell to Command Sgt. Maj. Billy Lambert and welcoming Command Sgt. Maj. Jonathan Harvey as our new senior enlisted advisor.

For his 3 years of dedicated service, unwavering commitment, and exceptional leadership, we would like to extend our deepest gratitude to Command Sgt. Maj. Lambert. His guidance has left a lasting and significant impact on our solders and this command. We wish him and his family all the best in their future endeavors.

We also extend a warm welcome to Command Sgt. Maj. Harvey. We are confident in the experience and perspective he brings and look forward to his leadership.

What a weekend! From AFT to Convoy Ops to Staff Ex and all the other miscellaneous training (and testing, IYKYK), 350th exceeded the standard, leading from the front and accomplishing every assigned task. We even had time for a promotion ceremony! Congratulations Lt. Col. Cline! Here's to many more great weekends together.

We're celebrating Civil Affairs history throughout the month of August as we mark the 70th anniversary of the establishment of the CA Branch August 17!
