Early Learning Coalition of Escambia County Our mission is to identify and meet the needs of children and families to lay the foundation for life

The ELC of Escambia assists families with children in selecting a quality childcare, provides financial assistance with childcare and help providers improve the quality of their programs. For a free list of Child Care providers contact the CCRR department at 850-595-5915 or by email [email protected]. Office hours are Monday through Thursday 7:30am to 5:00pm and Friday 7:30am to 11:30am. To apply for childcare assistance, apply at Early Learning Family Portal: Home (floridaearlylearning.com)
