City of Pennsboro Pennsboro is a city in Ritchie County, West Virginia, United States. The population was 1,171 at the 2010 census. The city is located at the junction of U.S.

Route 50 and West Virginia Route 74; the North Bend Rail Trail also passes through the city.

It’s that time of year again! Hot weather is coming and pool season is right around the corner! 💦😎☀️💦🚰
As a reminder… In order to get a water adjustment on pool fills or hot tub fills, etc. you MUST come to the City Bldg. prior to your fill and fill out the proper paperwork in order to be eligible for the adjustment. 🚰Someone will read your meter PRIOR to starting your fill and once you have finished filling it. Otherwise, you will not receive an adjustment. The City can not give adjustments on pool fills unless the meter is read before and after the fill. Thank you for your understanding.
