If you would like to host a trunk at this years Trunk or Treat, the event will be on Tuesday October 13th from 6pm to 8pm at the Police Station. This is just registration for hosting a trunk only. Email Sgt. Adair at [email protected] to reserve your spot. Please include how many spaces you need next to each other or if you need spaces back to back due to a larger vehicle.

Today marks the 25th year since the terror attacks that took place in the morning hours of September 11th 2001. Last night flags were placed at the 9-11 Memorial in Pennsauken to commemorate the many lives lost that day and years after from the effects of the attacks. Please join us today at 12 Noon for a ceremony that was organized by Pennsauken Township at the Memorial located at Route 130 and Merchantville Avenue. Use caution in the area due to road closures for the event.

The Pennsauken Township Police Department is attempting to locate 12-year-old Aiyana Checo, who did not return home last night.

Aiyana was last seen at approximately 8:00 PM on Friday, September 4, 2026. Her current whereabouts are unknown. She could possibly be in the area of Westfield Gardens.

Anyone who has seen Aiyana, knows where she may be, or has any information that could assist officers in locating her is asked to contact the Pennsauken Township Police Department immediately or call 9-1-1.
