We wrapped up May with the last school tour this past Friday. May was a whirlwind with schools visiting T&D's for their end of the year field trips. Pre-schools, elementary, and middle schools visited the animals for about an hour and 15-minute guided tour. We wanted to send out a special thank you to all of our tour guides who made the month go smoothly. Our tours are all given by our volunteers. Our small herd of about 14 volunteers help once or twice a week! Many of these volunteers drive an hour or more to help.
THANK YOU! The students had a grrreat time!

CELEBRATE AMERICA'S 250TH BIRTHDAY
WITH A T&D'S ANIMAL TWIST

On the weekends, we will host month long events in June, July, and August.

In June, help create a Paw Print American Flag by placing a red paw print on our T&D's flag as the red stripe. When visiting Liberty, an American Bald Eagle, learn about why the Bald Eagle is used as a symbol on so many important items.

In July, find the 50 "hidden" stars located throughout T&D's.

In August, play Animal State Bingo while learning about what state animals live at T&D's!
