LOCATION: Stever Hill Road, Branchport NY

INCIDENT: DWI Arrest

NAME: Patrick Lewis (28) of Prattsburgh, NY

CHARGE: Driving while Intoxicated Common Law, Driving While ability Impaired by the combined influence of drugs or of alcohol and any drug or drugs, Aggravated Unlicensed Operation 3rd, Failure to notify DMV change of address, Consumption or possession of alcoholic beverages in a motor vehicle.

Narrative:
On the above date, time, and location Yates County Sheriff’s Deputies conducted a traffic stop after receiving information from Steuben County’s 911 center that Patrick Lewis had left the scene of a domestic incident, where he was reported to be intoxicated. Lewis was located operating on Stever Hill Road where he showed signs of impairment. Lewis was placed through Standardized Field Sobriety Tests, and subsequently arrested for Driving While Intoxicated and Driving While ability Impaired by the combined influence of drugs or of alcohol. Lewis was also found to be operating with a suspended New York State driver’s license. Lewis was brought to the Yates County Jail where he refused to submit to a chemical test. Lewis was turned over to correctional staff to await CAP Court.

NARRATIVE:
On May 30th 2026 at or about 1627hrs Yates County Deputies responded to an address on Shannon Corners Road in the Town of Starkey for the report of criminal mischief. Investigation revealed that Colleen C. Fiorilla had broken property of another. Miss Fiorilla was arrested and transported to the Yates County Jail where she will await the next session of Yates County CAP Court for arraignment.

On the above date and time Stephen D. Chisom was arrested on an active arrest warrant issued by the Town of Starkey. The warrant stems from an investigation into a violation of a stay away order of protection issued out of Yates County Court. Mr. Chisom was transported to YCSO where he awaits CAP arraignment.

CHARGE: VTL 1192.4 Driving While Ability Impaired By Drugs, VTL 1229C(3) No Seatbelt (Driver)

NARRATIVE:
On May 27th, 2026, Yates County Deputies working a Click It or Ticket high visibility campaign observed Steven J McCullough traveling south on State Route 14 without his seat belt. Upon conducting a traffic stop, Mr. McCullough did show signs of drug impairment. Mr. McCullough refused standardized testing and was subsequently taken into custody where he also refused a chemical test. Mr. McCullough was transported to the Yates County Jail where he will be held until the next session of CAP Court arraignment.

INCIDENT: Aggravated Unlicensed Operation 1st Arrest

NAME: Damien Northrop, Naples NY

CHARGE: Aggravated Unlicensed Operation 1st, Speed over 55 MPH Zone

Narrative:
On the above date, time, and location Yates County Sheriff’s Deputies while working STOP DWI crackdown initiated a traffic stop after observing a vehicle operating at 73 MPH in a 55 MPH zone. Upon conducting a traffic stop and subsequent investigation it was found Northrop was operating with a license that had been suspended to the extent that he violated NYS vehicle and Traffic Law Aggravated Unlicensed Operation 1st, Angelica’s Law a class E Felony. Northrop was transported to Yates County Jail to await CAP Court.
