The CARE program was founded in 2001 by Jenni Galloway. Our CARE team is made up of 5 people working across Umatilla County. Supervisor- Jenni Galloway, Hermiston, Pendleton, Pilot Rock & Umatilla. Ages 6-18 541-379-3575
