West Umatilla / North Morrow County position focused on Latino outreach through the 4-H Youth Development Program

📍 Job location: Hermiston
🗓️ Application deadline: April 24

We are seeking candidates with:
• Associate’s Degree + 3 years of experience
OR Bachelor’s Degree + 1 year of experience
OR 5 years of related experience with a high school diploma
• Experience supporting or delivering programs for youth or adults
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with diverse communities
• Computer skills (word processing, data management, communication tools)
Required:
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) and bicultural
• Experience working with youth, families, volunteers, or educational programs
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work independently and in teams
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to digital tools
• Valid driver’s license and ability to pass background checks
