Reminder!

Reminder~Registration Night

📚 Thursday, July 16
📍 Pembroke Elementary School Library. You will enter on the side of the school by the preschool playground.
⏰ 4:30–6:30 p.m.
Please bring three proofs of residency, including:
• One of the following: lease agreement, deed, or tax-exempt card
• Two additional proofs, such as current utility bills and/or a driver's license with correct address.
**Please note, if you live with someone there are other documents that will be needed.
Parents who live with someone else must provide:
A notarized letter from the person they are living with stating that the parent and child live there AND notarized confirmation from the parent(s) that they, in fact, live with such person; =2 notarized letters total
Two (2) proofs of address from person who wrote the letter to establish that they live in the school zone;
Two (2) proofs of address from the parent to verify that they live at the address.
Also, be sure to bring any additional paperwork that may need to be submitted, including legal documents or medical paperwork for the school nurse.
Online registration is required each year for all new and returning students, and current proofs of residency must be provided annually.

LIMO RIDES!!! 🎶

Students that sold 2 boxes of chocolate got to ride in the limo and we had a blast!!!
