Pella Community Ambulance Pella Community Ambulance provides emergency care for the citizens of Pella and its surrounding communities.

The goals of Pella Community Ambulance are to:

- provide emergency and non-emergency ambulance service to the communities we serve.

- emphasize the quality assurance activities that will maintain and improve the quality of care and patient satisfaction.

- assume a leadership role in assuring that high quality ambulance services are available and responsible to our service area needs.

Pella Community Ambulance strives to provide a high degree of professionalism and quality care through highly trained personnel and state-of-the-art technology and equipment. This will be realized through

- continuous education for all certified personnel;

- collaboration with area ambulance services, 1st response agencies, law enforcement, other health care providers and Pella Regional Health Center;

- provision of 911 and non-emergent ambulance service;

- the use of well-maintained, quality equipment;

- the delivery of care in the most cost-effective manner possible.
