Long before they were the Executive Director and Spotlight Program Coordinator, Ash Arrington and Maci Johnsey were camp directors, counselors, choreographers, problem-solvers, and professional herders of energetic campers. From leading camp games and teaching dances to putting together unforgettable performances, they've spent years helping young performers find their place on stage. Some things have changed over the years, but one thing hasn't—this dynamic duo has always been a power team!

Thank you to everyone who attended Spotlight Awards 2026 and helped make this season so unforgettable. We are so grateful for every performer, director, crew member, volunteer, family member, and supporter who made this year possible. From opening nights to final bows, it has been an incredible season full of talent, hard work, and unforgettable memories.
