Congrats Chief Hess

On May 9th, Fire Chief Hess was officially promoted to permanent Fire Chief. He has spent his entire career at Fire District #2 and has served in all classified positions including Captain, District Chief and Deputy Chief. Chief Hess has been serving as interim Fire Chief since July 16th, 2016 after Chief Stein's retirement.
