The Giles County Circuit Court Clerk’s Office encourages property owners to sign up for VADeed Alert, a free notification service that helps you stay informed about activity related to your property. VADeed Alert sends email notifications when certain documents are recorded in land records using your name or Tax Map/Parcel ID number—helping provide early awareness of possible deed fraud.
