Today, the Peapack & Gladstone Police Department joins our nation in remembering the lives lost on September 11, 2001.

We honor the nearly 3,000 innocent lives taken that day and recognize the extraordinary courage and sacrifice of the firefighters, law enforcement officers, EMS personnel, military members, and everyday citizens who ran toward danger to help others.

We also remember the families who lost loved ones and all those who continue to carry the lasting effects of that tragic day.

The community is invited to join us this evening as we come together to honor and remember those we lost.

We invite our residents, first responders, and community members to honor that spirit of unity and service by donating blood.

Pottersville Road is currently closed near Bodine Avenue due to downed power lines.

⚠️ Local traffic must access Pottersville Road from Route 206. Please avoid the area and seek an alternate route if possible.

⚠️ Weather Advisory ⚠️

The Somerset County Office of Emergency Management is asking residents to help reduce unnecessary 911 call volume during today’s storms.

Please only call 911 if there is a life-threatening emergency.

Power outages and downed trees that do not pose an immediate threat to life should not be reported through 911.

Thank you for your cooperation as first responders work to prioritize emergencies and keep our community safe. Stay weather aware and use caution if you must travel.

🚔 Welcome Officer Elizabeth Kelly! 🚔

The Peapack & Gladstone Police Department is proud to announce that Officer Elizabeth Kelly was officially sworn in during tonight’s Borough Council meeting.

In a special and meaningful moment, Officer Kelly’s father, Chief Joseph Kelly III of the Lower Makefield Township Police Department in Pennsylvania, had the honor of pinning her badge as she officially began her law enforcement career.

Officer Kelly will begin the police academy next week. We are confident she will represent our department and community with professionalism, integrity, and dedication.

Please join us in congratulating Officer Kelly and wishing her the very best as she embarks on her academy training and a safe, successful career in law enforcement.
