The Pawtucket Hall of Fame is a 501c3 non-profit organization that was established in 1986 to commemorate the 100th anniversary of Pawtucket as a city. The purpose of the Hall of Fame is to honor the contributions of those people whose efforts, in any line of endeavor, have added to the heritage of the City of Pawtucket.

Lou Schwechheimer Jr.'s induction into the 2024 class of the Pawtucket Hall of Fame is a fitting tribute to a man whose dedication to baseball, community, and the Pawtucket Red Sox spanned over four decades. His tireless work behind the scenes and warm, approachable nature made him a beloved figure in the world of Minor League Baseball, especially in Pawtucket, where his influence still resonates. For over two decades, her passion for fostering artistic expression and enhancing public spaces has transformed the cultural landscape of Pawtucket.
