Groundwork Rhode Island

10/27/2026

What a night! Our garden party and fundraiser on October 15th was a huge success! The community came together to celebrate the amazing work being done here at Groundwork Rhode Island like, sustainable urban forestry, youth education and stewardship, stormwater management, adult job training, food waste diversions and so much more!

Thank you to our friends, Little Friend, for the delicious food and signature drink, ISCO Spirits and Long Live Beerworks for your generous donations, World Centric for the compostable cutlery, Nico for the lovely face painting, and They They for the amazing tunes! Sponsors like you all are how we continue to strengthen and grow community partnerships and resilience. 💚

We were able to raise $11,000 that will not only help us to continue tree stewardship efforts into fall but to youth programing as well, and we couldn’t have done it without YOU! But the work doesn’t stop there! Talk about groundwork with a friend, make a monthly donation, share our post on social media - there are so many ways to support us in making a direct impact on our community towards a more equitable and sustainable future for all. 💚
