⛈️ Heavy Rain Expected Over the Next 72 Hours

Osage County could see periods of heavy rainfall over the next few days. Localized flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas is possible.

✅ What to do:

Never drive through flooded roads — Turn Around, Don’t Drown!

Check your storm drains and gutters.

Keep an eye on weather alerts and updates from local media.

Have an emergency plan in place in case roads become impassable.

🚨Exciting News at Country Corner Fire Department! 🚨

This past week, EMT Danielle Jones officially became a Certified Child Passenger Safety Technician (CPST) through Safe Kids Tulsa! 🎉

That means we are now offering FREE car seat checks and installations for our community. ✅

To get your seat checked or installed:
• Walk-ins are welcome, but not guaranteed that our tech will be available.
• We strongly recommend calling ahead or scheduling an appointment to ensure Danielle can assist you.

📞 Station Phone: 918-288-8831
📧 Direct Email: [email protected]

🌟 Did you know? Danielle is currently the ONLY registered Child Passenger Safety Technician in Sperry and Skiatook listed on the Safe Kids website! That means our community now has a local, certified resource to help keep your children safe on the road. ❤️

📊 Statistic to know: Nearly 3 out of 4 car seats are installed or used incorrectly, which can put children at greater risk during a crash. Having a certified technician check your child’s seat can make all the difference.

Keeping families safe is our top priority. Please share this resource with friends, family, and neighbors who may need a car seat check!
