**Library Closed in Observance of Labor Day**

The Paulding County Carnegie Library and all branch locations will be **CLOSED on Monday, September 7th**, in observance of **Labor Day**.

📚 SEPTEMBER IS LIBRARY CARD SIGN-UP MONTH — AND WE’RE BRINGING BACK AN ICON!

Do you remember those famous READ posters hanging in libraries and schools?

First launched by the American Library Association in 1985, the iconic READ campaign featured celebrities, musicians, athletes, and beloved characters posing with a favorite book—all with one BIG message:

This September, we’re putting our own Paulding County Carnegie Library spin on this library classic by featuring some familiar faces from our libraries!

And kicking off our READ Poster series is **Stephanie McCullough, Library Clerk at the Antwerp Branch Library!**

Stephanie loves sharing the joy of books with our youngest readers, so we couldn’t think of a better person to help us start celebrating **Library Card Sign-Up Month.**

Calling all food lovers! The Adult Cookbook Club is coming to the Paulding County Carnegie Library, and it’s the perfect opportunity to explore new recipes, share great conversation, and enjoy delicious dishes with fellow cookbook enthusiasts.

💚🩷 Tonight was positively POPULAR… and a little DEFYING! 🩷💚

What an OZ-some turnout for our Wicked Night at the Paulding County Carnegie Library! ✨

Our guests got absolutely shiz-tastic creating their dazzling bejeweled hair brushes—and let’s just say… they turned out wickedly fabulous! 💎🪄

Of course, no magical evening would be complete without delicious themed snacks and beverages before settling in to enjoy Wicked together. 🍿🥤🎬

Thank you to everyone who joined us and made the night so unforgettable. You truly helped us defy gravity with your creativity, laughter, and amazing energy! 💚✨
