Wait...What?! Liam just finished his 700th book in the 1000 Books Before Kindergarten program!! He stopped by to have his picture taken and pick up his Brag Tag which we are able to award through a grant from the John Henry Eldred Jr Foundation. Only 300 more till he reaches his goal. Way to go Liam, keep reading.

We are excited to share that we will be hosting Maine Author Cathie Pelletier at here at the library and Patten Lumbermen's Museum on September 17th at 6pm. She will be speaking about her Best Selling Book "Northeaster: A Story of Courage and Survival in the Blizzard of 1952" Cathie will have copies of her books available for purchase that evening.
