SECA-Social and Economic Change for All Foundation

SECA-Social and Economic Change for All Foundation SECA-Social & Economic Change for All Foundation is a community organization founded by the late Most Honorable Chauncey I. Brown Jr. in the Early-1980's. Mr.

SECA FOUNDATION was founded by my late father Honorable Chauncey I. in the mid-1980. Brown identified that changing social, economic, and political challenging dynamics in Urban Centers at the time would take the engagement of the whole community to create policies that would have a long lasting and sustainable impact on people's lives for the future. Brown philosophy was in order to bring about p

ositive, consistent and stable change in our community all stakeholders must be at the table to discuss Social-Economic-Educational and Political Policies that would have a positive impact on the community. Adversely a break down in any of these areas or lack of communication of understanding societies concerns would create deficiencies or a vacuum in all. Brown founded the SECA FOUNDATION to investigate, research, and identify current issues facing our community, but to engage the community to craft policy initiatives to present to the current legislative body for consideration, review and implementation to have a long lasting and positive impact on the citizens they serve.
