Eva's Village Recovery Community Center

Eva's Village Recovery Community Center We are a recovery-oriented sanctuary. Each person has the right to choose the path that best meets their needs and values.

We believe that physical, emotional, relational, and spiritual health and community integration is central to recovery success. The Recovery Community Center is a recovery oriented sanctuary anchored in the heart of the community, located in downtown Paterson, NJ. We provide a welcoming and safe place for people seeking recovery, before, during and after treatment and throughout their ongoing proc

ess. We believe that there are many "roads to recovery" and we support every individual's right to choose the path that best meets their own personal preferences, needs and values. The Recovery Center is a volunteer peer-to-peer driven center and not a treatment program. We believe long-term recovery requires the acquisition of physical, emotional, relational and spiritual health as well as community integration to move individuals toward the goal of living an independent and purpose-filled life.

An important message from Dr. Seuss! The word philanthropy translates to "love of humankind", and here at Eva's Village we rely on philanthropy to help us bring care and HOPE to the people in our community every day. Whether its a meal in our Community Kitchen, entering into our halfway house or homeless shelter programs, or visiting our RCC for group sessions, each and every gift goes a long way to showing somebody the "love of humankind". Visit www.evasvillage.org/donate to make a gift today!

September is National Recovery Month, a national observance to promote and support treatment and recovery practices, the recovery community, and those who make recovery possible.

This month we honor those individuals who are on their recovery journeys because we know it takes a lot of courage to ask for help and stay on a path to stability.

We're honored to be a part of so many recovery stories.

We also acknowledge case managers and families who provide ongoing support. We understand how difficult it is to break the cycle of addiction and we know it can't be done alone.

Each individual is unique and may respond to treatment and care differently. That's why we offer a variety of social services and clinical programs to help people find their path to recovery:

Recovery Community Center
Halfway Houses for Men & Women
Halfway House for Women with Children: Hope Residence
Outpatient Substance Use Disorders Program
Opioid Overdose Recovery Program
Outpatient Mental Health Services

Each year we help thousands of individuals find pathways to recovery at Eva's. Each one is a life changed. This could not happen without you, our faithful supporters. And for that, we thank you.
