❔Question: How do you replace sod and make turf improvements at one of the City's heavily used parks, at one of the busiest times of the year?
⚪ Answer: Quickly!

The City's Parks and Trails team has been working in between events, concerts, and other fun summer activities to make turf improvements at City Park this week. New sod is replacing some bare spots, and irrigation adjustments will help the whole park stay fresh and inviting all summer.

Work is expected to wrap up around the gazebo in time for Thursday's Concert in the Park featuring Monte Mills & the Lucky Horseshoe Band. Crews will be back Friday to aerate the east side of the park. For more information on the Concerts in the Park, visit prcity.com/concertsinthepark
