Mental health is health. Yet too many men feel pressured to stay silent about stress, anxiety, depression, grief, or other emotional challenges. Seeking support is not a sign of weakness, it is a sign of strength.

Together, we can create a community where asking for help is encouraged, supported, and celebrated. 🤎

Foothill Family’s Healthy Families America and the Teen Family Services programs, celebrated Mother’s Day with a special event dedicated to honoring the amazing moms in our community. Mothers were treated to beautiful flower bouquets, fresh coffee, delicious pastries, and memorable photo opportunities. It was a wonderful morning filled with appreciation, connection, and gratitude as we celebrated the love, dedication, and impact of our HFA and TFS moms. 🥺🤎💐

Yesterday, we had the privilege of celebrating these outstanding students and their families at our annual scholarship luncheon. We are incredibly proud of each recipient and grateful for the hard work, dedication, and perseverance that brought them to this achievement.

Berenice Salvatierra, School Mental Health Consultant, attended last week's Wellness Fair at Twin Lakes Elementary in Mountain View School District. Berenice is part of Foothill Family’s team of licensed clinicians providing onsite therapeutic support services to students at three district schools.

This week, we’re highlighting Jacqueline Estrada, Program Assistant at Foothill Family!  When asked what she loves most about working at Foothill Family, Jacqueline shared: “The staff is the best. I’ve never worked at a place where everyone is so nice and approachable. It’s been so amazing, I love it!”

Jacqueline encourages new team members to never be afraid to ask questions, sharing that everyone at Foothill Family is supportive and always willing to help. She says she stays motivated through the positive environment created by both staff and clients, and loves being able to support and help others every day.
