🚨 COMMUNITY NOTICE 🚨

Members of the Parrottsville Volunteer Fire Department will be out selling Fire Supper tickets. Our members will be wearing Parrottsville Volunteer Fire Department apparel and will be traveling in the department Tahoe.

Please be aware that if someone is attempting to sell tickets DOOR TO DOOR and they are not in the department vehicle and not wearing department apparel, they are not representing the Parrottsville Volunteer Fire Department.

To ensure your support goes directly to the department, please only purchase tickets from our members in official apparel and department vehicles.

Parrottsville VFD dispatched to a first due residential house fire.
In roughly 8 minutes Engine 14-4 was first arriving with heavy fire throughout the residence.

Parrottsville responded with 2 Engines, 2 Tanker, 10 personnel

Units have been working the scene all morning please use caution in the area.

We appreciate you just showing up and volunteering, but unfortunately we have 2 things we need to make clear….

1. PLEASE LET US KNOW YOU ARE HERE, AND AVAILABLE..

2. We have to sit in the seats, and apply seat belts on the apparatus we can NOT be just riding in every NOOK AND CRANNY of the apparatus. Unfortunately the tail board riding left the fire service years ago.. Riding on the compartment door is a whole new level….
