While connecting with families and sharing opportunities for students, our staff also made time to enjoy the fun at the Steppin' Into Summer Vendor & Craft Fair! From meeting community members to exploring local vendors, it was a great day filled with smiles, conversations, and community spirit.

Thanks to everyone who stopped by our booth to learn more about enrollment, credit recovery, dropout prevention, and the many pathways we offer students to succeed. We can't wait to see what the summer has in store!

We're excited to share that Castle High School Parma is hiring teachers!

We’re looking for educators who are passionate about building relationships and helping students succeed — whether through dropout prevention, credit recovery, or a traditional high school pathway. Our school gives students a second chance, extra support, and a community that truly cares.

We welcome teachers who already hold licensure through the Ohio Department of Education and Workforce, as well as individuals who are eligible to obtain a substitute license.

One of the best parts about working at Castle? The culture. We work hard, support our students, build genuine connections, and still manage to laugh and have fun throughout the day. It’s a positive, laid-back environment where you can truly make an impact.
