Pursuant to Parma Codified Ordinance 351.16, a Snow Emergency Parking Ban is hereby declared due to forecasted winter weather and expected road conditions. The parking ban will be effective Sunday at 2:00 a.m. and will remain in effect until lifted by the City. During a snow emergency, parking is prohibited on all public streets to allow for safe and effective snow removal and emergency vehicle access. Vehicles parked in violation of the ban may be ticketed and/or towed. Residents are asked to make arrangements to remove vehicles from the street before 2:00 a.m. Thank you for your cooperation.
