Cancer Survivors: If you haven’t received a letter and one of these in the mail, inviting you and your caregiver(s) to the Survivor Celebration & Dinner please let me know. If you haven’t heard yet LAPS ARE ARE MAKING A COMEBACK!!! We are reinstating lap counting at our 2026 event on June 6th. Something we have started is Lap Sponsorship. The idea is to get people/businesses to sponsor you either by paying a certain amount per lap (Example: Someone says they will sponsor you at $1.00 for every lap walked and you walked 50 laps. That would mean that they would need to donate $50.00). The other option would be for the sponsor to donate a flat amount of their choosing ($25, $50. $100, etc).Please see the lap sponsor sheet below. These will be available at the team meeting next Tuesday (5/19) at Leavitt’s Family Center at 6pm 🏃🏻‍♂️‍➡️🏃‍♀️‍➡️ 💜 Please reach out if you any questions.

We have opportunities for “In-Kind” Sponsorship and one of the best ways that you can help our event is to help us get the word out, so if you own a billboard, if you have an LED digital sign at your business, if you own a own a restaurant and are willing to put flyers on your pizza boxes or in your to-go bags, if you will allow us to put an event poster up in your business, if you are in the media community and are able to give us a promotional spot in something you’re publishing, or radio spot and/or live remote broadcast from our event, or a television spot…that would be amazing. If you’re in healthcare and your office would like to partner with us to promote Cancer awareness and/or prevention or mental health services - contact me and we can get you set up. We need your help - maybe you can think of something outside the box so hit me up and let’s discuss it.
