We are incredibly proud to announce that Make-A-Wish Foundation has once again recognized Cimarron Middle School as the #1 top fundraising middle school in Colorado! 💙⭐

Thanks to the generosity, compassion, and dedication of our students, staff, families, and community, we raised an amazing $18,294.90 this year to help grant life-changing wishes for children facing critical illnesses.

Thank you, Colts, for continuing to make a difference and showing the power of kindness and community. We are so proud of what we accomplished together! 💫

Just a reminder that starting next school year, we will implement a 45-minute late start every Friday for PLC (Professional Learning Communities) time.
Why the change?

June 3–5, 2026 at the DCSD Legacy Campus for an exciting 3-day, hands-on experience just for DCSD students in grades 6–8. Students will explore a variety of career pathways like robotics, culinary, cosmetology, fashion, multimedia, aviation, and architecture—all while trying real activities and discovering new passions!
