We joined our sister townships tonight and were proud to stand with them in the DENIAL of the proposed 4.6-million-square-foot data center in Upper Merion.

Five parcels. Renaissance Drive, Swedeland Road, and Horizon.

What stood out most tonight was the leadership.

The Upper Merion Board of Supervisors was polished, poised, articulate, engaging, prepared, and incredibly well-spoken. They listened. They asked questions. They understood the gravity of the decision before them.

And their solicitor, Kalie, was smart, savvy, prepared, and an incredible orator—each and every time.

This is what effective local government looks like.

Prepared. Informed. Engaged. Respectful. Accountable.

Tonight was a powerful reminder that when elected officials take their responsibility seriously, communities are heard.

Congratulations, Upper Merion. We were proud to stand with you.
