OUTAGE NOTICE - 12/8/2025 at 2:04 p.m. - We've had a natural gas line damaged on Hwy 119, Buchanan, TN.

Our Operations Department is working diligently on repairs.

UPDATE: As of 12/8/2025 at 4:30 p.m., the cut line is isolated without outages. Our Operations Department is onsite this evening making repairs.

Effective January 1, 2026, Paris-Henry County Public Utility District will no longer mail out past-due notices to natural gas customers who have not paid their balance by their billing due date.

Due to increasing costs and the numerous options available to customers to receive electronic notifications, along with the many options for payments, including auto-pays, we’ve chosen to eliminate the mailing of disconnection notices / late notice letters.

Your new billing statements will include the following notations: ‘Disconnect Date – 10 Days After Due Date’ & ‘No Second Notice will be Mailed’.
