Today crew members from 1st shift were fortunate enough to attend the Flag Day celebration hosted by the DAV chapter 12. Some of our very own City of Paris and Bourbon County veterans completed the 13 folds of honor ceremony with a tattered flag that was decommissioned. Several 911 calls happened at the same time last month, causing a Fire Apparatus to be taken out of service to staff an ambulance 21 times!

The third shift team is conducting driver's training this morning, with each member required to complete the course within a designated time frame and in each apparatus. This training enhances our skills to better serve the public, and appreciation is extended to the Ky Fire Commission for allowing us to use their facility!

Earlier this month, the EMT class passed their hands-on skills testing with outstanding results.
Tonight, they successfully completed their final written exam.
We are proud to celebrate a 100% pass rate for the entire class. Their dedication and hard work truly paid off.
Congratulations to these future EMTs their first step into the field of Emergency Medical Services!
