The boil water advisory from the most recent water main break on Bethlehem Road has been lifted. Customers can begin using and consuming potable water! Thank you for your patience.

2:00AM UPDATE:
The nearly 8’ split in the main has been cut-out and replaced. A new piece of pipe, of much greater material, has been installed and crews have cleared the scene. A boil water advisory will remain in effect for the next 24-48 hours for the impacted areas previously listed.

June 11,2026 11:00 PM UPDATE: Crews have been working to uncover the water main; however, interfering utilities have slowed down progress temporarily. Work has continued and the split water main is nearly uncovered. We are expecting work to last another two hours and then crews will begin pressurizing and flushing the system throughout the impacted area.

BREAKING: Significant water main break along Bethlehem Road (at Westridge Lane) - crews are on scene working to isolate the leak and work is expected to begin once 811 locates are cleared around the work area.

There is no estimate at this time to repair the leak as the scope of work is still being investigated, we are deeply sorry for the inconvenience this may cause.

A boil water advisory is in effect for the areas along Bethlehem Road: and the following subdivisions: Westridge, Redbud Subdivision, Windham Hills, Park Place Court and the Houston Oaks Subdivision.

Budget Billing Applications are now being accepted until June 26, 2026.
Applicants must have lived at their current address for at least one year and be a customer in good payment standing.
Applications can be picked up in our office at 525 High Street or requested via email to [email protected].
The new budget year begins in August and goes until the settle up month being July of 2027. If on the budget, your bill will remain the same each month. Any unpaid amounts from the budget year will be due in full in July 2027.
