Collins Theatre of Paragould, AR The Collins Theatre, formerly the Capitol Theater, located in the heart of Downtown Paragould, AR.

The Collins Theatre Foundation, a nonprofit corporation, was created in 1990 to transform the Collins Theatre into a modern community performing arts center. It is also responsible for the theatre’s day-to-day maintenance and management. The Collins Theatre, formerly the Capitol Theater, was constructed in 1925. It has a proud history in the community and provided a wide range of entertainment, from Broadway Shows to Vaudeville performances, to first-rate movies. The Collins is now being used by the community for a wide range of cultural and general entertainment events – concerts, theatrical productions, stand-up comedy, pageants, dance recitals and shows, and is the home of Ultimate Oldies, Comedy at the Collins, and KASU's Bluegrass Monday.
