Part of our mission at the Greene County Veterans Service Office is to assist with the burial of veterans and ensure they are honored with the dignity and respect they have earned through their service.

We had the privilege of assisting with the burial of the unclaimed remains of veteran PVT Jackie Don Denson in 2024. PVT Denson finally received his military headstone and marker. Today, we visited his gravesite to pay our respects and place an American flag and a commemorative coin in his honor.

No veteran should ever be forgotten. We are grateful for the opportunity to help ensure that PVT Denson received the recognition he deserved.

Domestic Relations Paralegal
Location: Jonesboro, West Memphis, or El Dorado, Arkansas

This full-time Domestic Relations Paralegal position (2 positions) may be based in Legal Aid’s Jonesboro, West Memphis, or El Dorado office.

Position Summary--
The Domestic Relations Paralegal will assist attorneys in representing low-income clients in domestic-relations matters, including cases involving orders of protection, domestic violence, divorce, custody, visitation, and related family-law issues. This position supports direct client service, including intake and interview, case preparation, document drafting, file management, and coordination with courts, agencies, and community partners. The paralegal may also assist with outreach and community education related to family safety and stability.
