I’ve been doing some work around the front of the church. I don’t know if anyone has noticed. Would there be any interest in a work day on a weekend? Just outside for now. Do a little more clean up? Help make Paoli look better. I’m trying, but frankly I need help. I don’t want to lose this beautiful building. We need to do this and get the ball rolling. Community center anyone? Place to rent for events?

Please comment if you can and are willing to do some outside work to begin. Basic stuff. Also anyone have a big piece of plastic and construction grade stapler? Birds are getting in. Help!

If you had ALL the money in the world to rehab this property..... What would you like to see it become? Just wondering what the public's thoughts are on the 205 Building!

There will be a board meeting of Pivotal People of Southern Indiana tonight. Yes this is the board that owns the 205 building. Please comment if you would like to attend the Zoom. Not sure we can make it happen tonight, but possibly in the future. Or if you have suggestions for the building.

If you would like to see this building turned into a place that the entire community can use, please let your elected officials know. There is a CDBG Grant out that requires a local municipality to submit the grant. It requires 10% matching funds. So if the Town of Paoli would put up $50,000.00, and be the author of the grant, this building could possibly be a community center and be awarded a grant for $500,000.00.

Frankly we need the community's support behind this!

Thank you everyone for liking this page! Please invite all your friends, family, and co-workers to like this page as well! This building is hopefully in the process of becoming a community center to benefit all of Orange County! Please comment and let us know your thoughts. This will truly take a village to get this going! I've been in the building the past two days and there is a TON of work that still needs to be done. We are going after grant money, but we need the help of the community as well. Stay tuned for more exciting updates!
