June 14th = Flag Day
This special patriotic day seems the perfect time to flash back to this 1968 Flag Presentation on the Cove School lawn.
You may remember John Douglas, and W.C. Cooper from the American Legion and other community involvement. And you surely remember Mr. McQuagge if you were at Cove School in the 50s or 60s.

We are saddened to hear about the passing of our friend - Cove School alumnus Billy Lark. May God bless his family and friends.
Services will be held on Sunday, June 14th at 2:00 pm at First United Methodist Church, Panama City.

Mrs. Cross's 1957-58 1st grade class had a visit from Santa Claus himself in December 1957!

It was December 1943 when Cove School principal William "Billy Harrison" (1908-1986) took leave from the job he loved to serve his nation as a member of the US Navy.
We remember all who who served on this Veterans Day and thank them for their sacrifices.

Mrs. Dorothy B. Bazzel contributed the most personal history to our Cove School archives from the 40 years she spent here as a 3rd grade teacher. We are so grateful!
We love the collection of individual photos that Mrs. Bazzel saved through the years. You can tell how much she loved her students, her co-workers, and her position as a teacher.
