Why We Exist: NSWC PCD exists to understand the technical dimensions of Warfighter requirements, to collaborate with industry, academia and other Warfare Centers, to develop solutions, and to certify that safe and effective solutions are achieved. Value Proposition: NSWC PCD provides a bridge between the Warfighter and the technical community; Rapidly responds to the Warfighter; Provides objective advice to naval leadership, and to make naval programs successful. Navy Research, Development, Test and Evaluation Technical Center of Excellence for Littoral Warfare and Coastal Defense located in Panama City, Florida onboard Naval Support Activity Panama City (NSA PC). NSWC PCD is an echelon IV division Surface Warfare Center within the Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA), and employs approximately 1,500 employees and is a Navy Working Capital Fund activity.

NEW pool hours at MWR Panama City Aquatics Center!

August 10 through September 13 in an effort to support recreational and personal fitness swimming activities.

RECREATION SWIM
Weekends and Holidays: 9 am - 4 pm

LAP SWIM
Monday-Friday: 5:30 - 8:30 am / 11 am - 1 pm / 4:30 - 6:30 pm

WATER AEROBICS
Wednesdays: 4:30 - 5:30 pm
Saturdays: 8 - 9 am

**Evening lap swim - Wednesdays: 5:30 - 6:30 pm**

The MWR pool is located at building 434 and is available to all eligible ID card carrying personnel to include DoW Contractors. Off-season hours will be announced at a later date. For more information, please contact the Fitness Center at 850-234-4370.
