ONE WEEK FROM TODAY: 25th Anniversary 9/11 Memorial Ceremony
Join the City of Panama City on Friday, September 11, at 8:30 AM at the Downtown Marina as we remember and honor the lives lost on September 11, 2001, and recognize the courage and sacrifice of those who served.

The ceremony will include vocal performances, presentation of the Colors, a moment of silence, bell tolling, a 21-gun salute and other ceremonial tributes.

Representatives from the City, Bay County, Bay County Sheriff’s Office, Tyndall Air Force Base, and local law enforcement agencies will participate.

Get ready for the 2026 Downtown Christmas Parade in Panama City!

Join us on Saturday, December 5 at 6 PM as the parade rolls out from the Downtown Marina and travels north up Harrison Avenue through the heart of downtown. This year’s theme is “Christmas Movies”, so bring your most festive, cinematic creations to life!

Registration for floats ($75), vehicles ($75), and walking groups ($25) is now open. Non‑profits with proper documentation may register at no cost.
