A few simple tips:

Start with short, supervised sessions while baby is awake.
Try tummy time on your chest if the floor feels uncomfortable at first.
Get down at eye level, talk, sing, or place a toy nearby to keep baby engaged.
Build up gradually as your baby gets stronger.

Remember: tummy time is for awake and supervised play only. For sleep, always place baby on their back in a safe sleep space.
