Whether you're here to picnic, play, or relax, there's something for everyone. The Panama City Beach Parks & Recreation Department manages over two hundred acres of indoor and outdoor recreation facilities in Panama City Beach, Florida. We offer numerous sports and recreational programs throughout the year for youth and adults in our community. Frank Brown Park facilities include baseball and soft

ball fields, batting cages, soccer fields, outdoor basketball courts, tennis courts, several playgrounds, concession stands, picnic areas, pavilions, a freshwater youth fishing pond, three Dog Park enclosures, green spaces, a festival site, and Gayle's trails. CALL 850-233-5045

The Panama City Beach Aquatic Center is located within Frank Brown Park. Our state-of-the-art facility features a heated/cooled 50-meter Olympic size pool with a one-meter springboard diving well and a 5,000 square foot splash park. In addition to our two pools, we have spacious locker rooms, heated showers, a large community classroom, a concession stand, and party pavilions. We offer a variety of exciting programs, events, and rentals all year round. CALL 850-236-5080 FOR AN UP-TO-DATE SCHEDULE. The Community Center and Lyndell Center both host special events, meetings, and a variety of classes for all ages. Indoor and outdoor rental spaces are available at Frank Brown Park, the Aquatic Center, Lyndell Center, and Aaron Bessant Park. We can accommodate parties and events of all sizes. Field Rentals and Sports Facility Rentals are also available. Aaron Bessant Park hosts the Summer Concert Series and many festivals throughout the year. The Russell-Fields City Pier is open 24 hours a day for fishing and spectating. If you're interested in promoting your business and supporting our programs, please consider sponsoring a league or displaying your business banner. Pier Passes can be purchased at the Frank Brown Park Community Center. Reservations for indoor facility rentals or outside pavilions can be arranged for special events, family reunions, weddings, & birthdays, please call: (850) 233-5045.

Celebrate southern roots and summer nights with an evening of live music under the stars. Bring your lawn chairs, your family and friends, and don't forget your red, white, and blue!

The music starts at 7 p.m. and goes until 9 p.m., and best of all—admission is completely free.

June 18 – Stars, Stripes & Southern Nights
Red, white, and blue, Americana tees, and patriotic flair.

June 25 – Rockabilly Revival
Polka dots, leather jackets, cuffed jeans, and 50s style.

July 2 – Red, White & Boom Box
Neon colors, big hair, acid-wash denim, and all the 80s energy.

July 9 – Soul Revival Night
Bright colors, festival wear, and outfits made for dancing.

July 16 – Ultimate Summer Bash
Tropical shirts, beach vibes, and your favorite summer attire.

July 23 – Decades Dance Party
Dress from your favorite decade—70s disco, 80s neon, 90s grunge, or 2000s pop.

July 30 – New Orleans Night
Mardi Gras colors, beads, funky patterns, and French Quarter flair.

August 6 – Boots & Brews Finale
Cowboy hats, boots, plaid, and classic country style.
