Tralee Crisis Center for Women, Inc. Services include 24-hour shelter, crisis intervention, medical and law enforcement accompaniment, advocacy, transportation, assistance, and support.

Serving Victims/Survivors who have experienced domestic violence, s*xual assault, and other violent crimes by providing advocacy, educating the community and safe shelter availability. Tralee Crisis Center provides comprehensive services to all eligible victims of domestic violence, s*xual assault (whether by a stranger or non-stranger) and other violent crimes, regardless of race, color, national origin, s*x, gender preference, s*xual orientation, age, disability, political belief or religion.

People went to work, boarded planes, kissed their families goodbye, and expected to come home that night. Some never did. Others came home carrying memories and grief they would live with for the rest of their lives.

Today, we remember the lives lost, the families forever changed, and the countless heroes who ran toward danger when everyone else was running away.

We remember. We honor. We will never forget. 🇺🇸

Ser un hombre no significa que tengas que soportar el abuso. Mereces seguridad, respeto y una relación en la que nunca tengas que vivir con miedo.

La violencia doméstica puede sucederle a cualquier persona, y los hombres pueden enfrentar obstáculos únicos cuando experimentan abuso. El miedo a no ser creídos, la vergüenza, la dependencia económica, las amenazas, el aislamiento y las expectativas sociales pueden hacer que pedir ayuda o dejar una relación parezca imposible.

El abuso nunca es algo que tengas que soportar para demostrar que eres lo suficientemente “fuerte”. Pedir ayuda no es una señal de debilidad. Es dar un paso hacia tu seguridad.

💜 Tralee Crisis Center apoya a sobrevivientes de todos los géneros con compasión, comprensión y sin juzgar.

Being a man does not mean you have to endure abuse. You deserve safety, respect, and a relationship where you never have to live in fear.

Domestic violence can happen to anyone, and men can face unique barriers when experiencing abuse. Fear of not being believed, shame, financial dependence, threats, isolation, and societal expectations can make reaching out or leaving feel impossible.

Abuse is never something you have to “be strong enough” to tolerate. Reaching out for help is not weakness. It is taking a step toward safety.

💜 Tralee Crisis Center supports survivors of all genders with compassion, understanding, and without judgment.
