Childhood cancer impacts not only children, but entire families—creating emotional, financial, and practical challenges throughout treatment. Lions are committed to helping improve the quality of life for children with cancer and their families.

Our club is proud to participate in the PHS Mini-Thon 5K coming up on Labor Day to raise funds for pediatric cancer support, and we invite our community to join us! Meet up with our Lions Club at this event. Details below!

This evening, our Palmyra Area Lions Club members and community partners served with a team of Special Olympics leaders to provide dinner to athletes competing in the State Softball Special Olympics Championship at the In the Net venue. It was a rewarding experience volunteering to serve such amazing athletes!

Lions are known for their service to others. When disaster strikes, Lions can be found "out and about" to help those in need. Our area was hit recently with wind damage and local flooding. Lions continue to respond with cleanup. If you have a heart for serving others, message us to learn how you can join us in meeting local needs. All skills and abilities welcome!.

The Palmyra Area Lions Club participated in the Palmyra Memorial Day Parade this morning. Our 8x12 flag was carried through the parade by members of our BBGun team, club members and family. Our flag bearers were followed by our veterans flag float which was made and donated by long-time community member, Glenn Kohr. A big thanks goes out to everyone who came out to see the parade in honor of those who served our Country and gave it all. 🇺🇸
