Dear Mission CISD Parents and Guardians,

Out of an abundance of caution and based on guidance from the National Weather Service regarding expected severe weather and possible flooding, Mission CISD will cancel summer school for Tuesday, June 16, 2026.

All Mission CISD summer school campuses will be closed on June 16. Classes will not be held, and bus transportation services will be suspended for the day.

Child Nutrition Program operations will be suspended for the day.

The safety of our students and staff remains our highest priority. Please continue to monitor ClassDojo, email, the district website, and official Mission CISD social media channels for the latest updates.

🚦 Traffic Awareness Notice 🚦

Please be advised that the Texas Department of Transportation (TXDOT) will begin traffic signal repairs at the intersection of 3 Mile Line Road and Conway Avenue starting tomorrow.
Work on the traffic signals is expected to occur tomorrow from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM. Additional construction activities in the area will continue on a daily basis as the project progresses.
Motorists should expect possible delays, use caution when traveling through the work zone, and follow all traffic control devices and personnel. Please consider alternate routes when possible.
