High Desert Alliance of Black School Educators (HDABSE)), an affiliate of NABSE is a non-profit organization dedicated to decrease the disparity in the educational achievement gap for Antelope Valley students. It is essential that a formal agenda be established, accepted, implemented and supported with adequate and necessary resources by all stakeholders who recognize the fundamental right of all

citizens to a free and appropriate public education. It is also essential to recognize that it is a disadvantage to all, if a significant group of American remains consistently under-educated.
