Remembering one of my favorite actors and one of my mother’s dearest friends, the incomparable Barbara Stanwyck, on her birthday.

Barbara was one of the greatest to ever grace the silver screen. Whether in iconic films like The Lady Eve, Double Indemnity, and Stella Dallas, or on television in The Big Valley and The Colbys, she made every performance unforgettable. She was a wonderful person, both on and off the screen.

I think I have every one of her movies, and I treasure them all. One of my absolute favorites is Christmas in Connecticut. She was so charming in it, and I can watch it any day of the year, not just at Christmastime.

Happy Birthday in Heaven, Missy. I love you. ❤️

A deep dive into Hollywood & tennis history! 🎾✨
Sharing a look at some incredibly rare pieces from my personal archive, all tied to the legendary Palm Springs Racquet Club and its co-founder, Charlie Farrell:
The Archives: Both of the only remaining copies of the vintage History of the Racquet Club PS book.
The Personal History: Charlie Farrell’s actual handwritten 1956 day planner.
The Art: Limited-edition, signed prints by renowned Palm Springs photographer Gary Dorothy—featuring the iconic (and now lost) trellis signage and the famous bronze statue.
The Artifact: A piece of the literal history—a fragment of cement from the original Racquet Club tennis court that I saved back in 2013.
History isn't just in books—sometimes you get to hold it in your hands. 🏛️📸
