May 16, 2017 was the first ever Aqua Zumba®️ class ever presented at Frieda Zamba Swimming Pool at the Palm Coast Aquatic Center (PCAC) through the City of Palm Coast Parks & Recreation I can't believe it's been 9 seasons since I did that first class! Let's get this 10th season off the deck and into the pool with a SPLASH!! Bring a friend!! Share the gift of health, wellness, and fun with someone you love. And Aqua Zumba®️ returns on Apr 7 at 9:00 AM! Classes are on Tues and Thurs. Wear sunblock, a sun visor or sunglasses, a waree jacket if you would like. Aqua shoes are recommended and bring a water bottle. Can't dance? Don't worry! Your body is under the water. No one will know LOL This is a low impact/moderate to high intensity class. After Easter, there's AQUA ZUMBA®️! The 2026 Season begins on April 7th at 9:00 AM! Classes will be on Tues and Thurs mornings. Bring a bottle of water, wear some sunscreen, sunglasses or visor, aqua shoes, and your swimsuit of course 🫣 and come join us at the Palm Coast Aquatic Center Frieda Zamba Pool Palm Coast You can sign up here: Palm Coast Parks & Recreation For this first season of the year, we must have 4 participants per class, so bring some friends! All fitness levels are welcome. This is a moderate to high intensity/low impact class so it's great for those with joint issues. No one can see you under the water so don't worry about getting all the moves or being a great dancer. Do what you can and keep moving. No judgement. You'll get approximately half your day's steps in this 1 hour class and have fun doing it. See you Apr 7 at 9:00.

Aqua Zumba®️ will be starting up on April 7 at 9:00 AM on Tuesdays and Thursdays at the Palm Coast Aquatic Center (Frieda Zamba Swimming Pool)! Please bring a bottle of water. It is recommended that you use sunblock and aqua shoes. Hope to see you there!

the Palm Coast Community Center Mon at 4:00 (Zumba Gold®️ Toning) and at the Southern Recreaction Center on Wed at 5:30 (Zumba®️).
