Town of Palm Beach United Way

Town of Palm Beach United Way The Town of Palm Beach United Way is a community impact organization dedicated to improving lives and strengthening our community.

The mission of the Town of Palm Beach United Way is to help people, community wide, improve their quality of life. The Palm Beach Community Chest was founded in 1945, by a group of concerned citizens of Palm Beach for the purpose of raising and distributing funds to charitable organizations. In 2006 we changed our name to the Town of Palm Beach United Way, and for over 68 years the Town of Palm Be

ach United Way’s purpose has remained constant. We are dedicated to improving people’s lives for the better and making our community stronger. We are all connected in our community. When children succeed, when families are stable, when individuals are healthy, our community is stronger. That’s why the Town of Palm Beach United Way focuses on programs that are the building blocks for a better life: income that can support a family through retirement, a quality education that leads to a stable job, and good health. Our goal is to create long-lasting and measurable changes that improve the quality of life for struggling individuals, families and children in Palm Beach County. We invite you to be a part of the change. Your investment in our community will deliver results that make a difference, and together, we can change the world around us. Together, united, we can inspire hope and create opportunities. That’s what it means to LIVE UNITED.

Your donations put to work!

Thank you to the Town of Palm Beach United Way for its generous support of our YMCA's Summer Camp for Caridad Center youth, helping provide life-changing summer opportunities for children and teens in South Palm Beach County.

Because of this funding, more than 300 children from income-eligible families have the opportunity to attend YMCA summer camp at no cost, gaining access to healthy activities, educational enrichment, confidence-building experiences, and opportunities to explore new horizons through field trips.

One camper, Carly shared how the YMCA has shaped her life:
💚 "I started camp at the Y when I was 8 years old. I am now 14 years old. I enjoyed making new friends at the Y, and one of my favorite memories was swimming in the pool when I was in the Eagles camp group. We had so much fun!"

Stories like hers demonstrate the lasting impact of investing in youth. Through camp, children build friendships, discover new interests, strengthen their confidence, and create memories that stay with them for years.

Thank you, Town of Palm Beach United Way, for helping make these experiences possible and for investing in the health, growth, and future success of our community's children.
